Darl Haynes, Keith Payne, Kirk Rhone & Donald Haynes Jr. have informed President Reddon they will not attend because the agenda mentions in addition to the listed agenda items that council will review “misc items” to new and old business. They and solicitor Bugaj are under the impression this is what they are being sued for. I will post the agenda for tonight’s meeting as for the Dec 22nd and 31st 2021 meetings. See if you can spot the difference.
