EDITORIAL: So the agenda has been posted, and it is quite involved and long, will be very interesting to see how this plays out. Additionally find the most recent filings and ruling for the “Batzel” lawsuit posted below, which to remind everyone, is based on the behavior of the council, specifically Dec 6th, 22nd and 31st meetings.

EDITORIAL: Reviewing the court order is pretty interesting, I’m not a lawyer but reading this seems to say that the judge feels he has ruled on the first few items already, and by extension most of the 16-32 sections deals with Kirk’s appointment, which also has been ‘ruled’ on, however the Judge seems to also invite, if not demand that the plaintiff file all additional new violations. Will be interesting to hear the summary of the Boroughs Solicitor tonight.

It will be interesting what the counicl decides is worth putting into this “final” meeting of 2022.
