This one was brief, for the second meeting in a week. Despite including all the agenda items they claimed to want in the meeting on the published agenda, four (4) council members: Darl Haynes, Kirk Rhone, Keith Payne and Donald Haynes Jr. refused to show up and perform their duties.

NOTICE OF STARRUCCA BOROUGH COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION AND SPECIAL MEETING

A special meeting of Starrucca Borough Council will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022, Executive session at 6:30 PM followed by Special meeting at 7:00PM at the Temp, 316 Star- rucca Creek Road, Starrucca, Pennsylvania 18462, to con- sider the following items of business:

EXECUTIVE SESSION

• Discussion of Civil Action No. 18- Civil-2022, Carly Batzel v. Starrucca Borough, et al.;

SPECIAL MEETING

• Motion and Resolution to hire legal counsel to Defend- ant, Starrucca Borough, & other Defendants in Civil Action No, 18-Civil-2022, Carly Batzel v. Starrucca Borough, et al.;

• Motion and Resolution to form the Starrucca Borough Road Committee;

• Adopt a resolution to re- move all previous signers and authorize Gale Reddon or Jack Downton, along with Raymond J, Woods, Il, to become official signatories for Starrucca Bor- ough on all Starrucca Borough Wayne Bank accounts;

• Review and pay outstand- ing bills

• Review Old Business;
• Motion to Appoint Vacancy

Board;
• Motion to Appoint Planning
