Looks like an “Executive Session” has been added before the regularly scheduled council meeting to discuss legal options for the “Batzel Lawsuit”. I believe that involves potential Sunshine Act violations. Read more about the sunshine act here, here, here AND here

UPDATE March 8th 2022

6:30 Executive session to discuss legal options re: the Batzel Lawsuit did not happen as 4 members of council agreed among themselves to not meet and no quorum was met.

EDITORIAL

Just one persons opinion but this appears to be a disappointing dereliction of duty by elected officials. Who as a block have a majority of council and could approve any and all measures they felt were appropriate. Seem like a good time to reach out and let them know how you feel about their actions, maybe i’m alone in feeling this way.
